The Minka-Aire F519 52-inch Concept II flush mount ceiling fan is ideal for low ceilings with a total hanging depth of 10-1/2 inches, with or without the light. Simple in style yet ingenious by design, this hugger fan is housed in a sleek metal body finished in oil rubbed bronze with three taupe blades. It’s also available in brushed nickel, mahogany, polished nickel, and white finishes.

With a blade sweep of 52-inches, the three concave silver blades are pitched at 14-degrees for efficient air movement. Excluding the lights, the F519 has an airflow CFM of 6300 using 59 watts of electricity. The airflow efficiency per watt is 106.78 CFM. And the 172mm x 20mm spinner motor completes 179/70 rpm on high/low speeds.
